Institute of Hotel and Restaurant Management, University of Gujrat has opened its admissions in the following degree programs.

• Associate degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
• BS degree in Hospitality Management.

Following points must be noted for respective admissions.

• Deadline for the submission of online application forms is 21st July.
• Deadline for the submission of hard copy of the online application form is 26th July.
• Notification of the first merit list will be 07th August.
• The deadline for fee submission of the first list is 15th August.
• Notification of the second merit list is 18th August.
• Deadline for the submission of the second merit list is 23rd August.
• Notification of the third merit list (if required) will be on 25th August.
• Deadline to apply for program transfer is 05th September.
• Orientation will be on 15th September.
• Commencement of the classes will be on 18th September.

Application procedure

Log on to UOG website www.uog.edu.pk to fill the online application form.

Admission fee can be submitted in any branch of HBL in Pakistan through a computerized challan form.

The print of the online application along with paid challan form and attested documents (pictures, copies of secondary inter certificates, domicile certificate, CNIC of Father/Guardian etc. with copy of own CNIC or B Form)  must be submitted to admission cell, room number 7, Al Farabi block, Hafiz Hayat Campus through mail or by hand before 4.00 pm 36th July.

The students from other areas than Gujrat division must Attach their respective NOCs.

The merit lists will be updated on the website and university notice board.

Important notes

Candidates who want to take admissions must clearly write the name of their interested degrees on their mail package.

The eligibility criteria for taking admissions is at least 45% marks in intermediate.

Result awaiting students can also apply.

The university holds the right to cancel any degree program in any reasonable case.
