Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the oldest and largest hallmark of ICT(Information and Communication Technology) industry in Pakistan, is hunting talented young graduates of the country through its signature scheme of “PTCL Summit Program”. Recently it has commenced its third intake of 160 young graduates. These graduates have been picked up solely on merit basis from across various regions country wide. This time PTCL didn’t collaborate with NTS (National Testing Service) but launched its own online system to accomplish this batch’s intake process. This batch has recently completed the first mega development intervention spanning  6 weeks at the PTCL Training Staff College, Haripur.  These graduates belong to engineering, business, management and computer science domains. So students doing their graduate degrees can seek information on the matter to get them ready for such a good opportunity right in time! As PTCL has always been forward looking the best talent for induction in the company through its various flagship programs.

This 6 weeks training was focusing on building good sense of business operations, management & leadership skills in newly inducted officers. A formal graduation ceremony to acknowledge these efforts, was also arranged in Haripur which was attended by senior PTCL officials including Dr. Daniel Ritz, President & CEO and Syed Mazhar Hussain, CHRO PTCL.
